THE COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMITTEE

 

The purpose of the Local lodge community services committee is to see that IAM members get the full benefit of all services they are eligible for from public and private agencies in the community.

Responsibilities :  {Helping the Hard Cases}&{Working With Social Agencies} medical problems, food drives, mortgages, etc.

 We will need at least 8 volunteers by the July 9, 2007 for this committee.

Volunteers will not have to picket, but they will be required to work at the Local lodge for 2 days a week, 6 hours a day. The Local lodge is open from 9-5. Monday through Saturday. They will continue to receive strike benefits as long as they show up at the lodge for their 12 hours a week.
